Subscription Billing
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).
Payments are automatically processed via your selected payment method.

Refund Eligiblity
Because RUME Social provides access to digital services and platform features immediately upon subscription activation, refunds are limited.
A refund may be considered if:
You were charged due to a clear technical error.
Duplicate payments were processed.
You cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have not significantly used the platform.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Failure to cancel before renewal
Partial use of a billing period
Inactivity on your account
Subscription renewals after the renewal date has passed

Failed Payments
