What happens after I sign up?
Once you’ve created your profile, you’ll start being matched with relevant brand campaigns based on your location, interests, content style, and how you prefer to work (paid, gifted, or both). You can browse opportunities, express interest, and connect directly with brands — all within the platform.

How do I stand out to brands?
The key is your profile and your activity. Make sure your profile is fully completed, clearly shows your content style, and outlines how you like to work. From there, staying active — both on the platform and in the newsfeed — helps brands discover you beyond just your profile.

Can I choose who I work with?
Always. You have full control over which brands and campaigns you engage with. You can accept, decline, or ignore opportunities — there’s no obligation to say yes to anything that doesn’t feel aligned.

Do I have to accept gifted collaborations?
No.You set your preferences from the start. If you only want paid work, you can choose that. If you’re open to gifted or a mix of both, you can set that too. RUME is built to work around how you want to collaborate.

Can I work with multiple brands at once?

How do payments work?
For paid collaborations, brands will outline payment terms within the campaign brief, so everything is clear upfront.
RUME does not take a commission on your earnings — what you agree to with the brand is what you receive.

Can I use RUME just for content creation (UGC)?
Yes.You don’t need a large following to be on RUME. If you’re a strong content creator, there are plenty of opportunities for UGC, product shoots, and brand content without needing to post to your own audience.

How does billing work?
RUME operates on a simple monthly subscription from the date you sign up.
You’ll be billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts or long-term commitments.

Can you guarantee matches for every campaign?
Not every product, brand, or service will immediately align with every creator — and that’s okay. Rather than forcing mismatches, we focus on finding the right creators for your brand. If something isn’t landing, we’ll work with you to get creative — whether that’s refining the brief, adjusting the offer, or repositioning the campaign to better connect with creators. Our goal is to set you up for success, not just push through volume.
